What if? Metropolis Orthographs reworked

After Phil's comment about the simplicity of my designs being so similar to Calder's work I looked into moving structures and noticed that many of them use smaller support beams to keep the objects in the air. They also use bearings to allow them to be free moving or moved by a motor. In this case the main pillars will be powered by the motor from the generator in the water. Where as the towns which are seen below will be free moving and able to rotate on their own.
